PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a heat insulating cover having an inorganic heat insulating material is provided to minimize heat transferred to the outside a pipe material by wrapping the pipe material with a heat insulating cover. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a heat insulating cover having an inorganic heat insulating material is as follows. A releasing agent is spread on the receiving part of a mold. A first heat insulating material(1000) is made of ceramic wool, containing alumina and silica, or cerak wool. A second heat insulating material(2000) comprises one of mineral wool, glass wool, calcium silicate, and perlite. The first and second heat insulating materials are successively loaded on the top of the receiving part and are pressed using a pressing unit. The pressed heat insulating materials are heated at a specific temperature and are welded to each other. The welded heat insulating material is extracted from the receiving part of the mold.
