PURPOSE: A ceramic electronic component, a manufacturing method thereof, and an assembly component are provided to suppress damages due to assembly component by forming a brake induction hole with a semi-penetration type. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic element(18) includes first and second main surfaces and first to fourth sides. An outer conductor(19,20) is formed on the first main surface of the ceramic element. A plurality of concave grooves are formed on the first side of the ceramic element. At least two first regions(28) and at least one second region(29) are formed on the first edge unit of the first main surface. The edge of the outer conductor is located on the first region. A second region is located between two adjacent first regions.
