PURPOSE: A signal detection system based on entropy using phase information is provided to supply a signal detection method based on the amount of signal information. CONSTITUTION: A phase calculating unit(420) calculates a phase value of a received signal. An entropy calculating unit(430) calculates a phase entropy through a phase value of the received signal. A determining unit(440) determines the presence of a user through the comparison of a critical value and the phase entropy. The received signal is a signal for using a PSK(Phase Shift Keying) modulation mode. The phase calculating unit calculates a phase value of the received signal through an output value of a matching filter.
