<p>Disclosed are acylaminopyrazole compounds according to the structure of Formula I, wherein A is a substituted aryl group and B comprises an aryl or heteroaryl ring bonded to a heterocycle. Specific examples of compounds of Formula I include: N-[5-[2-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethyl]-2H-pyrazol-3-yl]benzamide, N-[5-[2-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethyl]-2H-pyrazol-3-yl]-4-(3,5-dimethylpiperazin-1-yl)benzamide, 4-(4-Cyclobutylpiperazin-1-yl)-N-[5-[(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)methoxy]-2H-pyrazol-3-yl]benzamide, and N-[5-[2-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethyl]-2H-pyrazol-3-yl]-2-(4-methyl-3-oxopiperazin-1-yl)pyrimidine-5-carboxamide, The disclosed compounds are used in the treatment of cancer and other therapies involving the production of a fibroblast growth factor receptor inhibitory effect.</p> |
