IN-SITU TRIAL FACILITY FOR FLOATING LNG RECEIVING TERMINALS

PURPOSE: A driving test system of a floating LNG terminal is provided to enable users to check the operation of the terminal for storing LNG, re-evaporating, and loading-unloading. CONSTITUTION: A driving test system of a floating LNG terminal includes a fixed fender mooring gear(10) and turret mooring gears. The fixed fender mooring gear includes fixing members(11) vertically fixed to the bottom of the sea. The fixed members are fixed to a wire(40) by being contacted to the side surface of the floating LNG terminal(100). The fixing members include a supporting base, a base unit, and a fender. The fender is produced with an elastomer for buffering the vibration and the shock when the LNG terminal contacts the fixing member.
