Disclosed is the use of an immunogenic protein and alphavirus replicon particles expressing said immunogenic protein in the manufacture of one medicament or separate medicaments to be administered to a subject for enhancing the immune response to the immunogenic protein in said subject, wherein the particles and the immunogenic protein are to be administered simultaneously and at the same location.
