FLAMEPROOF POLYMER COMPOSITE CONTAINING ILLITE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an Illite-containing flame-retarding polymer composite is provided to improve the dispersity of illite by fluorine-treating illite, thereby manufacturing a polymer composite with excellent flame-retardancy and properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an Illite-containing flame-retarding polymer composite comprises a step of manufacturing heat-treating by putting illite into a reactor; a step of fluorine-treating the illite by putting fluorine gas into the reactor; a step of manufacturing mixture by mixing the illite with a polymer; a step of mixing a cross-linking agent with the mixture; and a step of manufacturing polymer composite by using the mixture.
