ALUMINIUM ALLOY DIE-CASTING PRODUCTS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An aluminum alloy die-casting material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to disperse calcium-based compound in an aluminum base and to improve the mechanical characteristic of aluminum extrusion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy die-casting material includes the following: magnesium base alloy is prepared by including calcium-based compound in a magnesium base(S11); the magnesium base alloy is added into molten aluminum(S12); the molten aluminum is casted to obtain aluminum alloy(S13); the aluminum alloy is extruded(S14); and the aluminum alloy extruded material is thermally treated. The calcium-based compound includes Mg-Ca compound, Al-Ca compound, and Mg-Al-Ca compound. The Mg-Ca compound includes Mg_2Ca.
