PURPOSE: An oil refining apparatus for regenerating diesel remaining in a waste filter is provided to collect diesel to be scrapped from a waste filter and the reusing the diesel. CONSTITUTION: A first filtering tank(100) discharges collecting diesel to the outside and filters the diesel. The first filtering tank includes a first hose(150). The upper side of the first filtering tank is covered with a cover(160). The first hose includes a third screen with pores. A second filtering tank(200) includes a second hose(250) and discharges the filtered diesel to the outside. The second hose includes non-woven fabric-based first filtering paper. A third filtering tank(300) filters the filtered diesel and includes a third hose(350) with second filtering paper. The second filtering paper is based on cellulose.
