PURPOSE: A thermo couple for measuring temperature is provided to prevent the confusion of temperature distribution or time delay, thereby improving the precision of temperature measurement. CONSTITUTION: A thermo couple for measuring temperature comprises a metal thin plate(40), and thermocouple wire, and comprises a base thin plate, and a cover thin plate as a metal plate. In a metal sheath, the base thin plate is arranged on the outside of the opposite side to the surface of an object. The cover thin film is contact to the side to the surface of an object, and forms one body by being contact to the base plate.
