<p>PURPOSE: A canopy hood exhaust device is provided to make pleasant spaces because heat of ascending air current toward an upper hood and polluted air are collected to the hood to be discharged and reduce air change rate by preventing diffusion of the high temperature polluted air. CONSTITUTION: A canopy hood exhaust device comprises a guide vane, an air curtain, and an inlet. The guide vane is formed inside a hood in which a duct is connected. The air curtain comprises a sirocco fan(2-1) for the air curtain to prevent diffusion of polluted air or multiple compact centrifugal fans. The inlet is formed by using a horizontal sirocco fan(2) or multiple centrifugal fan to suck the air flow of the air curtain. The angle of a fan outlet in the lower side surface of a heat source equipment is fixed to suck a diffusion distance(a) of an outlet air current within the radius of the inlet of an upper fan. The angle of a lower outlet is automatically controlled by an upper and a lower sensor(4,4-1) of a hood and the heat source equipment to suck the diffusion distance of the outlet air current in the inlet of the upper fan. An inverter control board device operates integrally.</p> |
