FRAME MEMORY TYPE X-RAY IMAGE SENSOR

摘要

PURPOSE: An X-ray image sensor of a frame memory type is provided to eliminate a time interval between frames and produce smooth moving images by transferring a pixel signal to a readout circuit during X-ray exposure. CONSTITUTION: A data line(Data) is arranged into a matrix form with a scanning line(Scan n). A pixel circuit is arranged in each crossing point of the data line and the scanning line. The pixel circuit is composed of a switching transistor(T1), a signaling transistor(T2), a storage capacitor(Cm), and a sensor(PD). The sensor changes an optical signal into an electric charge. The signaling transistor transfers the electric charge saved in the sensor according to a transfer signal.
