FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. The method involves purification and grinding, cooking with extraction of starch and cooling the hydrocarbon material containing aromatic hydrocarbons. The starting hydrocarbon material undergoes starch saccharification through enzymatic hydrolysis based on an -amylase and glucoamylase preparation, fermenting the sugar formed in the starting hydrocarbon material using yeast microorganisms to obtain wort. Primary additives prepared beforehand, such as orange or lemon peels, apple skin and perfume industry wastes are added after fermentation. Methanol is then distilled while heating the wort to temperature not higher than 65C and collecting methanol fractions from the reflux column. The distillation column provides the following parameters: bottom pressure 2.2-2.8 atm, top pressure 0.2-0.4 mm H2O, condenser temperature 60-65C. The wort is distilled with the primary additives to obtain a binary mixture containing aliphatic alcohols, ethers and aldehydes while heating to temperature from 75 to 100C. The binary mixture of aliphatic alcohols, which is free of methanol, is collected from the condenser of the distillation column. Hydrocarbons of the binary mixture of aliphatic alcohols which are free of methanol, ethers and aldehydes are collected from the condenser of the epuration column. The obtained mixtures are washed together with alkali. Ethylene glycol and a dye are then added. ^ EFFECT: biotechnical method for producing a detergent composition for glass by removing methanol from a mixture of aliphatic alcohols is disclosed. ^ 9 cl |
