PURPOSE: A flat bench is provided to offer heating and fumigation effect by using affordable cost candle as an energy source. CONSTITUTION: A flat bench comprises a supporting part(100), a lighting apparatus, and a fixing tool. The supporting part includes internal space including upper and lower plates. In the lower plate of the supporting part, through-holes(107) are formed. A partial upper side of the lighting apparatus is located through the through-hole in the internal space of the supporting part. The lighting apparatus delivers heat to internal space of the supporting part and offers illumination outside the supporting part. The lighting apparatus comprises a windbreak part, a chimney unit, and a cover unit. The windbreak part is composed of a barrel glass tube with fixed length.
