PURPOSE: An electromotive steering apparatus is provided to prevent the occurrence of backlash between a worm wheel and a worm shaft by continuously maintaining the axial directional engagement of the worm wheel between the worm wheel and the worm shaft. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive steering apparatus includes a steering shaft, a worm wheel(11), a worm shaft(12), a motor, a worm shaft bearing(14), and a mold cap. The steering shaft is coupled with the steering wheel and functions as the shaft of the steering wheel. The worm wheel is coupled with the steering shaft to a radial direction at the opposite position of the steering wheel. The worm shaft is engaged by the worm wheel and a worm the motor is in connection with one side of the worm shaft and supplies torque to the worm shaft. The worm shaft bearing supports the worm shaft. The mold cap surrounds the external side of the worm shaft bearing.
