<p>A process for manufacturing an electrode for medical use and electrode obtained by the implementation of this process. The manufacturing process, for manufacturing the electrode for medical use, such as a cortical electrode (1) intended for use at brain level, comprises the steps of using a silicone strip (3) to form a flexible substrate (30), placing, on the flexible substrate, a mask (5) determining a pattern (6) arranged to define at least one electrical track (2) having at least one contact pad (20), and depositing a metal layer on the flexible substrate (30) through the mask (5) by a physical vapor deposition technique.</p> |
