PURPOSE: An optical sensing frame and a display device including the same are provided to fix the infrared sensor module on a case top by using a bracket, thereby stably obtaining horizontal and vertical angle of view. CONSTITUTION: A case top(95) includes an upper surface and side surfaces of a photo frame shape. A first to third brackets are fixed to three corners of an inner side of the upper surface of the case top. An infrared sensor module is inserted to the first to third brackets. The infrared sensor module is inserted to the first to third brackets to face in a diagonal direction from the center of the corner of the inner side of the upper surface of the case top.
