PURPOSE: A hinge of a locker for an airtight container cover is provided to uniformly distribute a resin solution to the entire hinge region by performing convergence and diffusion of the resin solution through a decompression unit. CONSTITUTION: A decompression unit(13) includes a primary decompression line(13a) and a secondary decompression line(13b). The primary decompression line primarily delays the movement of resin solution at the edge portion of an outline side. The secondary decompression line secondarily delays the movement of the resin solution at the edge portion with a locking wind side. A decompression induction surface(13c) is formed in a trapezoid shape, and a diffusion induction surface(13d) is formed at the both ends of a hinge(14), and guides the diffusion of the resin solution toward the sidewall.
