The sole is manufactured by mixing and stirring raw materials, where the raw material is comprised of a primary constituent of recycled shoes. The recycled shoes are subjected to removal of metal accessories. The shoes are positioned in processing machinery for pulverization so that the shoes are made as small pieces. A high temperature deodorization is performed for cleaning the recycled shoes. A hot air drying process is performed to form pulverized and uniformly-mixed environmental-protection shoe sole raw material.
