FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of polymers, particularly, to extrusion of flat synthetic threads with preset properties. Proposed extrusion line comprises slot heat to male film and film cooling device, as well as devices for cutting said film into strips, stretching said strips, their shrinkage and winding finished threads on cores. Besides, extrusion line comprises, at least, two extruders to form melts with preset properties. It includes device to distribute melts over, at least, three layers of multilayer film. Aforesaid cooling device is made up of bath filled with water or cooling shafts. Appliances to remove water from film are arranged downstream of cooling device. Said appliances are made up of rollers with elastic material fitted over their periphery tubes with cutouts arranged to remove residues of water. ^ EFFECT: reduced production costs and wear of extrusion line. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
