PURPOSE: A data transmission apparatus and symbol formation method thereof are provided to successively create symbols by preventing an interface collision between hardware resources of a transmission apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A data storage unit(10) stores transmission data in a memory apparatus(30). The memory apparatus stores a data block by responding the control of the data storage unit. A symbol creating unit(53) of a data processing unit(50) creates a symbol in a bit unit for the data block which is temporally stored in a buffer memory unit. A symbol arrangement unit(55) of the data processing unit lines up for the created symbol.
