FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: in animal erythrocytes determined are malondialdehide concentration (MDC), catalase activity in blood serum and superoxide dismutase (COD), simultaneously hemodynamics parameters are determined: abdominal aorta (AA), inferior vena cava (IVC) and renal artery (RA left, RA right), average bloodstream rate - M; resilient-elastic properties of vessels - PI; total peripheral vascular resistance - RI. If MDC values are 5.150.157 nmol/ml of erythrocyte mass and higher, COD values are 1.730.07 unit/mg and lower; catalase - 308.04 17.83 mkat/l and higher, as well as indices of hemodynamics in macrovessels: AA (M - 14.831.12 cm/s and higher, PI -2.01 0.24 cm/s and lower, RI - 0.890.02 c.u. and lower), IVC (M - 7.820.27 cm/s and lower, PI - 2.490.23 cm/sand higher, RI - 1.1570.038 c.u. and higher), RA left (M - 6.190.62 cm/s and higher, PI - 3.830.37 cm/s and lower, RI - 1.120.034 c.u. and lower), RA right (M - 5.770.43 cm/s and higher, PI - 3.61 0.48 cm/s and lower, RI -1.090.031 c.u. and lower)and in microvessels: M - 1.06810.103 cm/s and lower, PI -17.421.28 cm/s and higher, RI - 1.780.07 c.u. and higher respectively cadmium angiopathy is diagnosed. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate pathogenetic mechanisms of toxic effect of heavy and nonferrous metals, in particular, cadmium, on formation of functional and pathomorphological changes of vessel wall. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex |
