FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely pharmaceutical industry, and concerns a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug ketoprofen. The object of the invention is developing a prolonged-release pelletised form for the purpose of increasing an effect time of the preparation that enables taking two tablets a day every 12 hours to keep a constant concentration of ketoprofen in blood and synovial fluid. The presented combination of the prolonging substances enables the optimal release of the active ingredient, more linear than in case when using hydroxypropymethylcellulose only. ^ EFFECT: prepared drug is storage-stable and complies with the Pharmacopoeia requirements. ^ 2 cl, 4 ex, 1 dwg
