PURPOSE: A vehicle part inspection apparatus using a vision system is provided to inspect all parts with a single vision system and to remove the need of an additional inspection jig for an additional part. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle part inspection apparatus using a vision system comprises a nut feed pipe(10) through which nuts are supplied, a nut insertion unit(20) which places a supplied nut on a welding position of a vehicle part, a welding unit(30) which welds the inserted nut to the vehicle part, an input unit(40) through which a part model name, an operator ID, and an operation sequence are inputted by an operator, a photo detector(50) which photographs the welding position of the vehicle part, an image correction unit(60) which includes a histogram stretching part, a control unit(70) which compares image coordinates of a good product image, and a display unit(80) which outputs object image and related information on a screen.
