<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alumina cement composition used for repair of a deteriorated concrete structure, and to provide a repair method using the composition. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to: an alumina cement composition containing alumina cement, a pozzolan substance, an alkali metal silicate whose SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>/R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O molar ratio is 0.5-2, a thickener and a fluidizing agent; the alumina cement composition wherein the thickener is at least one kind selected from among aqueous alkyl cellulose whose viscosity is 10,000-40,000 mPa s, aqueous hydroxyalkyl alkyl cellulose, and a polymer containing a sulfonate group and amic acid base; and either of the alumina cement compositions wherein the fluidizing agent is at least one kind selected from among polycarboxylic acid-based materials and lignosulfonic acid-based materials.
