<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a play toy where a toy is sprung out of a token-shaped storage case and is changed in shape. <P>SOLUTION: The shape-changing toy 1 is provided with: a shape-changing unit 10 obtained from multiple constituent members that are rotatably connected to each other and elastic members disposed at each connection; and a disk-shaped case 5 with an opening in which the shape-changing unit 10 can be inserted and a housing space that can accommodate the shape-changing unit. A plurality of the constituent members are configured so as to be folded into a disk shape of a size that can be accommodated in the housing space. The elastic members are disposed so as to compel the plurality of constituent members from the folded state to the unfolded state. The plurality of constituent members are folded against elastic forces of the elastic members. By accommodating the folded shape-changing unit 10 from the opening of the case 5 into the housing space, the shape-changing unit 10 is held in a disk shape by the case 5. When the shape-changing unit 10 exits from the housing space to the outside, the plurality of constituent members rotate and unfold due to the elastic forces of the elastic members and the unit is changed to the shape of a character. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
