<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material excellent in conductivity, to provide a composite material for a light-emitting element which uses the material and is advantageous in industrial application, and to provide the light-emitting element using the composite material as well as a light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: Such composite material, being excellent in conductivity, carrier transportation, and injection property, is preferred to contain a polymer compound having arylamine skeleton and an inorganic compound having electron receptiveness against the polymer compound, with its absorption spectrum being different from absorption spectra of the polymer compound and the inorganic compound constituting the composite material; in other words, the composite material has an absorption peak in such wavelength as causes no absorption peak in the absorption spectra of the polymer compound and the inorganic compound constituting the composite material. Since the composite material is manufactured by a wet method of a sol-gel method, the increase in the area of a substrate in a manufacturing process is relatively easy, being advantageous in industrial application. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
