<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute seismic control of a building in the case of an earthquake by a simple configuration by deforming a damper material provided between a beam and each column. <P>SOLUTION: A seismic control device for a wooden house includes: a damper material (17) which is connected to a beam lower part (2a) and has a Z-shaped cross section; a diagonal receiving material (1) to which one end of the damper material (17) is connected and has a U-shaped cross section; and first and second diagonal column fixing metallic materials (15, 15') connected to both ends of the diagonal receiving material (1) through a drill screw (8).
