<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a large amount of superheated steam-containing gas of high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes (1) a first process for introducing and burning a fuel and an oxygen-containing gas by a burner in a furnace to increase the inside of the furnace to a high temperature, (2) a second process for introducing water or steam by dispersing/supplying the same into the high temperature furnace, and (3) a third process for leading out a large amount of superheated steam-containing gas obtained in the second process, to the outside of the furnace. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
