<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable that an image at a local portion a user wants to particularly watch and an image around the portion entirely can be easily confirmed. <P>SOLUTION: An image sensor 11 generates an image signal, and an image storage unit 132 sets a second region in a first region according to a specified region specified by a set value used to set a range for cutting an image from the image signal. An image conversion processing unit 131 alternately writes a first image signal corresponding to a full image or a second image signal corresponding to a partial image equivalent to a part of the full image in the first region in a different frame period with a frame for writing the image signal made different by one frame. Then, an image signal is written in the second region in a frame period of this image signal, the image signal being different from the image signal written in the first region.
