<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high capacity solid electrolytic capacitor having a small ESR wherein the attachment work of a cathode lead performed in the manufacturing process is simple. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor comprises a wound body 11 configured by winding an anode member with a dielectric film formed on the surface, a through hole 114 which penetrates the wound body 11 along a winding axis 110 thereof from a first winding end face 11a to a second winding end face 11b on the reverse side of the first winding end face 11a, a solid electrolyte layer formed in the wound body 11, a plurality of anode leads 30, 30 connected with the anode member and led out from the first winding end face 11a or the second winding end face 11b, and a cathode lead 40 inserted into the through hole 114, led out from the first winding end face 11a and connected electrically with the solid electrolyte layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
