<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve setting a recording medium cut piece to a stack-sortable state with an simple operation, and to move the cut piece stuck in a path for the cut piece, the path leading to a stack part, or the cut piece when the cut piece is loaded to capacity. <P>SOLUTION: When an ejected paper stack material 3 is in a discharged paper position, the path for the cut piece is formed by the ejected paper stack material 3 and the cut piece 8b of a second length passes through the path for the cut piece and is accomodated in a second paper ejection stack section 1a. A cut piece moving part 3e provided in the ejected paper stack material 3 passes through a space configuring the path for the cut piece leading to the second length stack section 1a formed in a use state by making the ejected paper stack material 3 move and can rake and drop the cut piece 8b of the second length left in the path of the cutting piece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
