<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film for film insert molding which includes a hard coat layer having sufficient surface hardness on one surface of a film base material in order to protect a surface of a resin molded article, and is compatible with deep drawing, and prevents cracks, whitening, and wrinkles, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The hard coat film for film insert molding includes a film base material and a hard coat layer. The film base material is formed of acrylic resin containing a rubber component. The hard coat layer is formed of ionizing radiation curable resin.
