PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus which can easily and promptly recover a used cleaning medium in a housing, can easily and promptly supply the cleaning medium in the housing, and can contribute to the simplification and the efficiency improvement of a cleaning operation and also contribute to the simplification of the control of the cleaning medium.

SOLUTION: A cleaning medium outlet 36 is provided for a part on which a centrifugal force by a swirl airflow 30 caused by a negative pressure in a housing 4 inner surface acts, and a cleaning medium storage part 38 is connected to the cleaning medium outlet 36. When a ball valve 40 is opened in a state that a swirl airflow 30 is caused by an air flow from an inlet 24 without separating an opening 18 from a cleaning object 20 after the cleaning finishes, the cleaning medium 5 is pushed into the cleaning medium outlet 36 by the centrifugal force of swirl airflow 30, and recovered. When the recovery finishes, the ball valve 40 is closed.
