DOHERTY CIRCUIT, N-WAY DOHERTY CIRCUIT AND BASE STATION EQUIPMENT

A Doherty circuit, an N-way Doherty circuit and base station equipment are provided. The Doherty circuit comprises: a first port (P1) of an input bridge (1) as an input end, a forth port (P4) grounding through a load (5) at the insulated end; a second port (P2) connected with an input end of an average value power amplification branch circuit (2); a third port (P3) connected with an input end of the peak value power amplification branch circuit (3). The average value power amplification branch circuit (2) comprises an average value power amplifier (20). The peak value power amplification branch circuit (3) comprises a peak value power amplifier (30). After being connected with the peak value power amplification branch circuit (3), the average value power amplification branch circuit (2) is connected with a second load (6) through an impedance transformation network (4). The load (5) at the insulated end of the input bridge (1) is a non-matched load. The circuit and the base station equipment can simply enable the optimization of the Doherty circuit, and improve the linearity and efficiency of the Doherty circuit.
