An angle rotation control device comprises a main rod (3), on which a left arm and a right arm capable of rotating around the axis of the main rod (3) are arranged; vertical rods (14) are arranged at the tail ends of the left arm and the right arm; a left arm fluted disc (9) is arranged at the bottom end of the left arm coaxial with the main rod (3); a right arm fluted disc (8) which is matched with the left arm fluted disc (9) is arranged at the bottom end of the right arm coaxial with the main rod (3); the left arm fluted disc (9) and the right arm fluted disc (8) are arranged on the main rod (3) through a knob (10); and a main rod fluted disc (5) which is matched with the left arm fluted disc (9) is fixed at the bottom end of the main rod (3). After the structure is adopted, the angle rotation control device can not only make the left arm and the right arm rotate relative to each other, but also make them rotate around the main rod (3) while maintaining relative stillness; and the height of the control device can be adjusted optionally, so that a patient can be conveniently moved by doctors and nurses.
