<p>A connection structure for a removable cylinder sleeve, comprising an independent engine body (1), a removable cylinder sleeve (3) and a cylinder head (5). The removable cylinder sleeve (3) is firmly attached to the independent engine body (1) by means of dual-thread stud bolts (6). A removable cylinder sleeve gasket (2) is arranged at the contact face of the engine body (1) and the bottom of the removable cylinder sleeve (3). A cylinder head gasket (4) is arranged at the contact face of the cylinder head (5) and the top of the removable cylinder sleeve (3). A portion of the bottom of the removable cylinder sleeve (3) extends into the engine body (1) and is fixed to the engine body (1) by means of one end of the cylinder head dual-thread stud bolts (6); the other end passes through a cylinder head stud bolt gasket (7) and a fitting nut which fastens firmly on to the cylinder head (5). The present connection structure for a removable cylinder sleeve solves problems due to cylinder sleeve deformation such as gas leakage, cylinder gasket burn-through, increased wear of cylinder sleeve inner holes and of piston rings, and burning of engine oil, while also reducing skill requirements for work processes.</p> |
