PURPOSE: A method for converting fuel oil of a ship is provided to automatically and optically control mixture ratio based on the temperature of previous fuel and converted fuel. CONSTITUTION: A method for converting fuel oil of a ship using a plurality of fuel oils comprises: a step of receiving fuel conversion signal of an engine; a step of sensing temperature of selected converted fuel among a plurality of fuel feeding lines; a step of comparing temperature condition of selected converted fuel and previous fuel; a step of opening a flow control valve(101,201) to increase flow; and a step of blocking the valve to gradually reduce flow.
