<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a continuous feed print system for both surfaces and to reduce cost of the same. <P>SOLUTION: According to aspects of the embodiments, there is provided an apparatus and method to provide a modification of a paper path in an image forming system including a plurality of printing modules, and having a simplex print mode that an image is formed on a front surface of a continuous medium, and a duplex print mode that an image is also formed on a rear surface of the continuous medium, the image forming system further comprises a bidirectional urge unit added in the middle of the paper path tunnel.
