PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document preparing technique capable of reducing the number of pages of a meeting document.

SOLUTION: A document preparing device 10 comprises an obtaining section 11 for obtaining information levels Li respectively given to a plurality of contents Ci of a meeting document DM1 and a determining section 12 for determining a required information level RLj of a person present PSj at a meeting on the basis of position information PTj of the person present PSj. A preparing section 13 of the document preparing device 10 extracts contents fit for the required information level RLj of the person present PSj from the contents Ci of the meeting document DM1 on the basis of the required information level RLj of the person present PSj and the information levels Li respectively given to the contents Ci to prepare a meeting document DM2 for the person present PSj.
