TREK-ACROSS CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trek-across certificate issuance system capable of creating/issuing a highly credible trek-across certificate which states information proving that a person existing at a trekking position at a trekking date and time when the person walked over a trekking section between any given trekking positions in trekking and mountain-climbing.

SOLUTION: A trek-across certificate issuance system has: trek-across certificate data reception means for receiving position data, image data and time data transmitted from respective given trekking positions as trek-across certificate data proving that a user existing at the trekking positions; weather data acquisition means for acquiring weather data of same time zone as the received time data; map data acquisition means for acquiring map data; trek-across certificate data creation means for creating trek-across certificate data; and trek-across certificate data transmission means for transmitting trek-across certificate data to a terminal device that has accessed an administrative server.
