<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductive sheet with superior handleability, a light modulating sheet including the ion conductive sheet, a light modulating element, an interlayer for laminated glass, laminated glass, a method for manufacturing the light modulating sheet, and a method for manufacturing the light modulating element. <P>SOLUTION: This ion conductive sheet including a binder resin, a supporting electrolyte salt, and a solvent, includes at least a first layer and a second layer.
