Provided is an apparatus for eliminating particles on a back light unit. The apparatus for eliminating the particles includes: an air blower (10); a particle collection part (20); and a particle suction part (30). The particle collection part includes: an air shield housing (22) including a horizontal shield panel (222) which is a member having the shape of a panel vertically extending by a width of the back light unit, the horizontal shield panel (222) being connected to a particle suction tube and a vertical shield panel (224) which is a member having a panel shape, the vertical shield panel (224) vertically extending from a rear end in a direction in which the back light unit extends; and an air induction panel (24), which is a member having a panel shape, disposed inside the air shield housing (22), the air induction panel (24) being bent in a D-shape in a horizontal direction. The air blower (10) and the particle collection part (20) are inclined and disposed symmetrical to each other with respect to a center of the back light unit disposed at a center of a lower portion, and a curved portion of the bent panel shape of the air induction panel (24) forms a surface of the vertical shield panel and an air slit (28) having a narrow aperture shape. According to the present invention, air suction efficiency may be improved, and scattering of particles may be prevented. |
