PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a reaction-inhibitory layer using a liquid promoter and a manufacturing method of solid oxide fuel cell introducing the reaction inhibiting later with a high conductivity are provided to reduce performance decrease rate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a reaction-inhibitory layer using a liquid promoter comprises the following steps: a step of forming liquid promoter by reacting metal material with organic compound; a step of manufacturing paste by mixing ceramic powder in the liquid promoter; a step of spreading the paste on electrolyte; and a step of sintering electrolyte in which the paste is spread. A manufacturing method of a solid oxide fuel cell comprises falling stages: a step of offering supporter cathode type electrolyte; a step of coating the electrolyte with ceria based paste; a step of forming a reaction inhibiting layer on the electrolyte by sintering the electrolyte which the paste is spread; a step of spreading cathode material on the reaction inhibiting layer; and a step of sintering cathode material.
