<p>A service processing method and device are disclosed. According to the technical solution as put forth in embodiments of the present invention, when a terminal device has an activated high-priority service or is in the process of activating a high-priority service, an MME determines whether to perform CS fallback processing on a CS domain service request on the basis of trigger factors or content in a new CS domain service request received from a terminal device. This prevents high-priority services from being interrupted by routine services, ensures the continuity of high-priority services, and solves the problem of how to prioritize and ensure the processing of high-priority services when a current high-priority service conflicts with a CS domain service request.</p> |
