PURPOSE: A chauffeur service system using a service based on the location of a smart phone and operation method thereof are provided to improve the convenience of a customer by directly connecting the customer with a chauffeur through a chauffeur service management server. CONSTITUTION: A customer terminal(1) includes a chauffeur service application. The customer terminal executes a chauffeur service request by executing the chauffeur service application. The customer terminal receives the location information of a chauffeur by using a service based on a location. A chauffeur terminal(6) displays a map image including the location information of the customer. A chauffeur service management server(3) connects the customer terminal with the chauffeur terminal.
