METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF ANTENNA MODULE USING INSERT MOLDING

PURPOSE: An antenna module manufacturing method which uses an insertion injection process is provided to prevent crack generation using physical properties of an antenna radiator through a thermal process. CONSTITUTION: A metal plate made of conductive metal is prepared(S10). The metal plate is heat treated(S20). An antenna radiator in which a connection terminal is formed into one body is arranged(S30). The antenna radiator is fixed by being inserted into an insertion injection mold(S40). An antenna module is formed by being combined with the antenna radiator on one surface of the antenna module(S50).
