<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system capable of realizing a phone conference with high security without inputting a PIN code. <P>SOLUTION: With a conference schedule information database 220c of a voice data server 220, conference schedule information is registered by each scheduled conference. The conference schedule information includes a unique conference identification ID given to each conference scheduled to be held, a PIN code used for authentication of a phone conference, date and time information indicating a holding date and time, phone numbers (authorized phone numbers) for identifying whether callers are users authorized to participate in the phone conference (that is authorized participants), and the like. When a communication terminal of a user accesses to the voice data server 220, the voice data server 220 determines whether to authorize the user to participate in the conference by comparing the authorized phone number included in the conference schedule information with a phone number of the user's accessing communication terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
