<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooding prevention device which allows one operator to smoothly stretch a waterproof sheet member upward without causing tangling when lifting a horizontal tread, and also can reduce a cost for maintenance and management by simplifying a structure. <P>SOLUTION: Side sheets 6 are provided in support frames 2 in both sides. The other side edge of the side sheet 6 and a side edge of a waterproof sheet member 4 stretched upward can be joined or separated via a fastener mechanism 5. In addition, a winding mechanism 9 is provided at an upper side of one of the support frames 2, which lifts and lowers a horizontal tread 3 via a rotation of a winding drum 8 by a steering wheel 7. The horizontal tread 3 is lifted and lowered in a horizontal state by the winding or feeding of a first wire 20 and a second wire 21 by the winding drum 8, and thereby the waterproof sheet member 4 is stored or stretched upward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
