<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a position shift of a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor support mechanism includes: a reference-side molded frame 51 formed as a region 50A substantially the entire region of which is hard; a detection-side molded frame 52 which is sectioned into a partially hard region and an easy-to-deform region 50B, and constitutes a conveyance path 16 together with the reference-side molded frame; first kind sensors (an optical sensor 22 and a magnetic sensor 23) which are arranged at one or both of the reference-side molded frame and the detection-side molded frame, and apply only slight bending stress to a periphery; and a second kind sensor (a thickness sensor 21) which is parted and arranged at both of the reference-side molded frame and the detection-side molded frame, and applies larger bending stress than the first kind sensors to the periphery.
